Request a Tour

You can now check the status of your tours online--anytime you want. The White House has resumed tours of the East Wing, and I am more than happy to place the request for you and your family. Please be advised that you should submit your request no later than one month in advance, following White House policy.

There are two ways to schedule tours, so please read below. You can find other more attractions about touring Washington, DC.

Self-Schedule Tours

To request a tour on your own, please refer to the following information (recommended for visits less than a month away):

Request Tours through My Office

To request a tour through my office, please refer to the following information:

  • All tours must be requested one month in advance of your DC arrival date.
  • My office is requesting tours on your behalf, so specific tour times cannot be requested or adjusted.
  • Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your tours once my office receives notification from all tours requested.

Request Status

What is a PIN?

If you would like to check the status of your request at a later time via this website, please enter a PIN number. I strongly suggest using your zipcode as your PIN. You will be asked to provide this PIN upon checking the status. Your pin can be up to 5 letters or numbers long.

What are these options?
This is to help the constituents that are hard of hearing or use a video phone alert us to that fact so we can use the proper technology when we need to call them. The default option “Voice” is a normal audible telephone.
